Ex-customer support engineer Tim Bulman has been promoted to business development engineer by metrology specialist TMS Technology. With the company for 10 years, his roles to date have been diverse – from the management of installations on a variety of customer sites, through to global breakdowns and application support. Over the last seven years, he has gathered experience of contact and non-contact guaging, co-ordinate measuring machines and laser measurement technology. His new responsibilities will include developing markets around the world, systems sales and support in Japan, providing application support for a range of metrology systems for the packaging industry, and is responsible for products from Quality By Vision, for which TMS Technology has the UK and Ireland agency.
