The 5200s print variable outer case information onto blank labels in human readable and barcode formats. Each system includes a high density, on-demand thermal transfer printer that provides crisp text and in-spec barcodes at 300dpi.
The machines are fully integrated into the production line and linked to Field Boxmore's management information systems, enabling label data to be centrally controlled and updated, and providing valuable production feedback. With around 80 different jobs per day requiring outer case labels, ease of set-up and product changeover were fundamental requirements.
