W&M Watson Packaging (WMW), has acquired two self-adhesive label companies based in central Scotland: Lothian Labels (LLL) a long established label manufacturer and Complete Labelling (CLL).
Worth approximately £300,000, the deal will add value to WMW's extensive catalogue of new and once-used corrugated boxes, poly products, PE bags and packing supplies, by bringing in a completely new line of products.
The acquisitions are part of WMW's new business plan for expansion in its current offerings by diversifying its portfolio with an aim to increase its market share while offering its customer base a 'one-stop-shop' experience partnered with unrivalled market prices.
"These are our second and third acquisitions to be completed within a month," says Chris Kelly, managing director of W&M Watson. "Stay tuned, we most certainly are not done yet."
