The Scott Group business Tripack Solutions Ltd. has acquired Rosewood Scotland Ltd., to be re-branded as a Tripack site.
“Rosewood Scotland was a strong competitor in the market place and the two companies have real synergy in terms of product offering,” said Alan Gibson, managing director of the packaging and pallet divisions at The Scott Group.
The group offers tailored and off the shelf products and manufactures heavy-duty corrugated and timber packaging.
It now employs more than 1,000 staff across the UK in Glasgow, South Wales, Wolverhampton and Manchester and has a turnover of around £117m.
