Tobepal trio gives Amcor 25% of Spanish market

Amcor Flexibles Europe has acquired Tobepal SA, Tobepal Flexibles and Tobefil from the Tobepal Group of Spain. The three plants – one at Burgos and two a Logroño – have combined sales of €74M. This move means that Amcor Flexibles Europe will have a 25% market share in Spain.
