The ChildSafe Packaging Group (CSPG) welcomes Origin Pharma Packaging
The ChildSafe Packaging Group which is a trade association of manufacturers and suppliers of child resistant packaging is pleased to welcome UK based Origin Pharma Packaging as the latest addition to the group.
Origin is a well-known international provider of pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging. The company also enjoys an impressive reputation as an innovator. Origin was the first supplier to provide Pharmacy containers ready capped, thus avoiding potentially dangerous mismatching of containers and closures. In response to Directive 2011/62/EU, known as the 'falsified medicines directive' Origin has, under its 'Bringing Healing Home' banner, created a number of new initiatives.
Chief amongst their current focus is its serialisation program. Unique serialisation can be placed on all pharma containers from Origin, either as two dimensional or RSS bar codes, human readable codes or RFID tags.
