A “mid-capacity” filling machine, the TR/27 XH produces up to 7,000 Base (70mm x 70mm cross-section) packages/hour for a wide range of products, with volumes from 237-1,136ml. It can be supplied with an optional ultrasonic cap applicator.
The machine is designed for easy access, cleaning and service, with features such as the Integrated Cleaning System (ICS) providing internal and external cleaning and disinfection. Sloped drainage table-top and easy-to-clean surfaces “discourage” bacteria growth, while welded hygiene barriers and clean air systems enable filling and top sealing in a sterile environment.
Tetra Pak says beverage and dairy producers can enjoy increased productivity, low waste and operating costs facilitated via an automated package volume change that takes under one minute and fill accuracy of ±1g per 1,000ml fill.
