The company, which claims to be Europe's largest independent contract packer, employs 300 staff. Its new factory and office complex will incorporate a temperature and humidity-controlled cleanroom housing 20 pharmaceutical packaging lines. Services will include all types of blister packing, including cold forming, liquid filling, tablet and capsule filling, sachet filling, skin packing, cartoning, overwrapping, labelling, inkjet coding and case packing.
The move represents a £3.2M investment. New equipment is being supplied by a brace of leading manufacturers, including Romaco and PAGO.
