The Lite 60 is designed specifically for lower speed applications; Sleevit says the SV and SC machines are compact and economical and offer a cost-effective alternative to applying pre-forms by hand or for slower lines. The Sleevit principle of cutting and opening sleeves offers the option of side-loaded sleeves reels where rear access is difficult, thus taking up little line length.
Cambian also purchased a Shrink Master Lite heat tunnel - adjustable in width and height - and a Sleevit conveyor with random variable speed fitted with a 3 1/4" wide Delrin slat belt, with changeparts comprising tow additional sizes of butterfly and film guides to suit other glass jars. The total number of round products to be labelled is four, with heights ranging from 100-185mm and widths from 60-77mm.
