The PPMA Show and Interplas 2008 will both be officially opened by Sir Digby Jones, now Lord Digby Jones of Birmingham, on September 30.
Lord Digby Jones was made Minister of State for Trade and Investment in 2007. For six and a half years to June 2006, he served as director-general of the CBI, where he regularly visited businesses in the UK and worldwide.
This year, Interplas, the UK’s leading plastics exhibition, is co-located with the PPMA Show processing and packaging machinery exhibition, from September 30 to October 22, 2008.
