It can apply sleeves at up to 120ppm, while its twin 400mm diameter sleeve reel holders are “strategically sited” for easy operator loading. The splicing table is said to ensure quick reel changeover, and an optional accumulator is available for non-stop running.
“Exceptionally accurate, versatile and user-friendly”, the Cat Sleeve has an adjustable central mandrill to accommodate a range of sleeve diameters and heights; adjustments are calibrated with digital displays, making set-up and re-set “simple”. Sessions can also supply heat tunnels with both steam and radiant heat. “If it cannot be labelled we can sleeve it,” says the firm.
