We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and forward thinking packaging manager to join our Global Marketing and R&D Department as a Senior Packaging Category Manager for Skincare and Personal & Hair Care.
If you’ve got your finger on the pulse of the packaging industry, a broad expertise in the development of FMCG products and solid experience in people management, then you’re the person we’ve got in mind. Your expertise in these areas is essential since you’ll be responsible for shaping category packaging strategies, managing a team of packaging professionals and leading the packaging innovation program for you categories.
Your responsibilities
• Managing and motivating a team of packaging professionals
• Shaping packaging category strategies
• Following up on market intelligence and consumer insight
• Managing simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
You should
• Have a university degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology or equivalent
• Have a minimum 10-15 years’ working experience, preferably from an international environment
• Have experience in packaging concept development
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Have experience in cosmetics industry
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
