Sealed Air to offer industry leading insights at ISTA Packaging Symposium

Two senior figures from Sealed Air, the global leader in protective packaging, are to present at the 5th ISTA European Packaging Symposium 10th March.

Organised by ISTA and ITENE - Packaging, Transport and Logistics Research Center, the event will be held in Valencia, Spain from the 10th to the 12th of March in Valencia, Spain and will explore the future of responsible transport packaging.

Sealed Air is a golden sponsor of the event, and will present two high-impact, thought leadership presentations.

Lester Barratt, Sealed Air's International Key Account Manager, will highlight how e-commerce has changed Sealed Air's approach to business, and how the packaging industry needs to take a revolutionary approach to handle the growth in e-commerce.

Stuart Roberts, Sealed Air's Executive Director for Business Development & Markets Europe, will take the audience on a journey through a world without packaging.

Stuart said: "Packaging is often referred to as a "necessary evil" but could you imagine a life without it?

"Conducting simple product evaluations clearly shows why we need packaging and package testing, and how a world without packaging would be a world unable to function. Taking the industry to the extremes will hopefully spark insights for the Symposium's audience and result in innovation.

"We are delighted to sponsor the ISTA Packaging Symposium as it offers a platform for the industry to come together and push the boundaries of what we all believe is possible. It will be a great event."
