RPC is consolidating its cosmetics and personal care operations, previously split between RPC Bramlage-Wiko (personal care and toiletries) and RPC beauté (makeup and fragrance) into a single entity under the RPC Bramlage-Wiko umbrella.
As part of the reorganization and as previously announced, the RPC beauté site in Mozzate, Italy, will close and its operations transfer to the French site of Marolles, which will become part of RPC Bramlage-Wiko. The site has recently undergone a major upgrade in enhanced productivity and automation.
The new operation will have sales of €250 mn, with 11 production sites in Europe and the US, and partnerships in Russia and Thailand. It is headed by Alfons Böckmann, with Gérald Martines, previously general manager RPC beauté, as business development director and Jean-Philippe Caspar, general manager of the Marolles site. Blandine Roger retains her position as sales director.
