The 50ml deo is manufactured in three parts - a container with integral fitment and cap produced at RPC Bramlage and a ball sourced from an outside supplier. While “typically” a roll-on deo would comprise four parts, RPC says combining the container and fitment provides a useful filler benefit by simplifying assembly. The container is injection blowmoulded in PP, and the cap injection moulded in the same material. Both feature a compact, rounded design that “looks good on shelf” and is convenient for everyday use.
Container and cap can be manufactured in any colour, including a transparent look.
