Rippatape opens brand potential

The tear tape company P P Payne has launched a printable version of its easy-opening Rippatape for cartons and all types of boxboard packaging.

Following the good reception of its printed Supastrip Impact tear tape, the company has extended its specially developed printing technology to Rippa-tape. This enables the tape to carry eye catching promotional information.

Printed Rippatape can be used to promote special offers, inform customers of changes to products or legislation and differentiate product or pack types.

"Printed Rippatape provides an excellent marketing opportunity for a product, allowing every part of the carton to become a promotions medium," comments marketing manager Joe Stonley.
