Quadpack Dahlia launch extends AirGlass cosmetics range

Dahlia is the newest addition to the AirGlass family from cosmetic packaging provider Quadpack.

Created in-house by Spain-based Quadpack’s own development team, the Dahlia range features an outer glass container, adorned by anodised aluminium accessories, surrounding a rigid Yonwoo airless container.

The design ensures the formula is completely shielded from oxygen, gases and other external contaminants, extending shelf life while simultaneously reducing the need for artificial preservatives.

The airless cylinder is enclosed in a glass bottle, adding weight, solidity and a luxury feel, with an aluminium collar holding all the elements together.

“The use of these contrasting materials ensures a pack that looks strong yet feminine all at once,” the company says.

“In effect, Dahlia mirrors today’s busy woman, juggling complex demands while remaining beautiful at all times.”

According to Quadpack, Dahlia has “unlimited creative potential”, with “a host of decoration options” making it adaptable to any brand.

The Dahlia glass bottle can be painted or pearlised inside or out, while branding can be applied through a range of techniques, including screen printing and hot stamping.

Decoration options for the aluminium collar and cap include embossing, punching and polishing.
