Pregis Protective Packaging Europe has sold its UK distributor Ambassador Packaging to Antalis, a global provider of advanced packaging solutions, for an undisclosed sum.
Pregis says the sale will enable the company to build new partnerships and develop its market leadership in protective packaging. It will also allow the company concentrate on its core competency of manufacturing and delivering protective packaging products, systems and solutions. It says it plans to channel additional investment towards innovation, new products and programs.
