Planglow has launched the 72-hour Heat Seal Bloomer Pack – an extension to its Ecoco range of sustainable snack packaging for on-the-go foods.
The Bristol-based provider of environmental packaging and labels to the catering industry says it has seen growing customer demand for sustainable snack packaging, and the 72hr Heat Seal Bloomer Pack provides a “superb solution for square cut sandwiches, cakes, snacks and more”.
The Ecoco 72hr Bloomer Pack is produced using sustainably sourced craft board and a bio laminate derived from renewable plants rather than oil based plastic.
“The laminate is fully certified to both European and American composting standards,” the company says, meaning that the Bloomer Pack is 100% biodegradable and compostable even at home.
Featuring Ecoco’s subtle green-leaf graphic and well-recognised tree-ring stamp logo, the company says that its customers can clearly present their environmental credentials to consumers.
“Space efficient and easy to stack, the sturdy 72hr Bloomer Pack is ideal for differentiating between your ranges and giving your sandwiches professional High Street appeal,” the company says.
Available in boxes of 500, the Ecoco 72hr Heat Seal Bloomer Pack compliments the full Ecoco range of packaging and labels, and can be paired with the large Ecoco label for easy display of nutritional data.
