The Packaging Federation says that MPs of all sides have backed the UK packaging industry's concerns of over-burdensome environmental legislation at an Adjournment Debate held at the House of Commons. The debate – the 'Impact of the Packaging Waste Regulations – on the Packaging Industry' was sponsored and led by Bill O'Brien, MP for Normanton and attended by key representatives of the Advisory Committee on Packaging.
