New Vision packs festive haircare range

UK-based packaging design and sourcing specialist New Vision Packaging has completed work on the latest Christmas haircare range from hairdresser Lee Stafford.

New Vision Packaging has produced the packaging for the Lee Stafford range – sold in Boots pharmacy chain outlets across the UK – all year-round since 2006, but the range for the festive period includes four different products: Argan Oil, Poker Straight, Mini Poker Straight and My Big Fat Healthy Hair gift sets.

The company says a variety of packaging techniques were used across the range, consisting of a standard white backed board, printed both inside and out with a polystyrene plastic window, and interior vac forms used made of recycled PET.

“Christmas gift sets can prove vital in extending the reach of a brand at such an important time of year,” says New Vision Packaging managing director Stephen Shortland. “So it’s important that the packaging for these offers something special whilst still being within the brand guidelines.”

The Lee Stafford Argan Oil gift set differs from the other three in the range, with a rigid box, recycled PET tray and tissue paper on the inside – an “extra level of luxury to reflect the product’s premium status and higher retail price”.
