Mailing solution market leader, Kern Ltd, has marked its growth and expertise in the packaging industry by launching a separate name and brand for its packaging division – KernPack.
The new brand aims to retain the Kern heritage, whilst demonstrating the company’s commitment to the industry and giving the packaging division its own distinct identity.
Working with some of the biggest names in the business, such as Hugo Beck, Tecno Pack, LP, Mosca and ATS, KernPack supplies and maintains a range of innovative packaging solutions.
Sales Manager, Tony Bradley, explains: "Kern has built a strong reputation as a market leader in mailroom and document management solutions since 1947. In recent years, we have diversified into packaging, forming an innovative, professional team who focus solely on that side of the business. We have built up a customer base that ranges from small local firms packaging bakery products to larger manufacturers bagging large diameter plastic pipes for delivery to the building industry.
"We felt the time was right to market our expertise more actively and build recognition of our strengths as a packaging company, so we needed a distinct name which still retained the Kern heritage."
