NESTLE, HEINZ AND COSMO FILMS CONFIRMED TO SPEAK AT AMI'S 9th BOPP 2015 CONFERENCE
The programme has been announced for the AMI's BOPP 2015 conference. Held every two years, the 2015 event will take place 23rd-25th June in Berlin, Germany. Over two days delegates will have the opportunity to find out about the latest developments in raw materials and film technology for BOPP film manufacture as well as listen to presentations on how the global business is changing and the opportunities this offers.
The event will open with a market overview session including an AMI presentation on the outlook for raw material supply to the BOPP industry, and a keynote presentation about building a global business in specialty BOPP films by Cosmo Films.
The programme will also include a session on resin developments which will include papers from Braskem, Ineos Olefins & Polymers Europe, Exxonmobil Chemical Europe.
This year, the customer needs session is looking particularly exiting. The audience will hear a converter's perspective from Constantia Flexibles, learn about Nestlé's packaging safety and compliance approach as well as hearing a brand's eye view of flexible packaging trends by Heinz.
The business forum will include presentations from Biaxplen in Russia about accumulating R&D competence within the supply chain, Manucor on a new strategy framework for BOPP companies and Ernst & Young about the global economic M&A trends.
The conference will close with a joint presentation from AMI BOPP expert Carole Kluth and Orientate editor Charmaine Russell on supply-demand and BOPP market trends.In addition to delivering quality papers, BOPP 2015 also offers superb and cost-effective networking opportunities with its extensive table top exhibition area.
