A conveyor belt labeller introduced by Multivac Marking & Inspection is said to be a space-saving way to label thermoformed packs efficiently.
The MR339 TQ can be used for top and bottom labelling, including on traysealer lines, at up to 200 packs/minute.
So that trays or thermoformed packs can be labelled without interruption, the MR339 TQ is equipped with two label dispensers. They switch from one to the other when the labelling strip or the printing supplies have been depleted or if a problem occurs.
An additional label dispenser from the top applies promotional labels. Accordingly, the conveyor belt has a total of five label dispensers. A central height adjustment for the top label dispensers provides reproducible settings. Furthermore, additional optional printing units can be used to print variable production data, such as the minimum shelf life or batch identification.
