The Multipack automatic bagging and sealing machine’s horizontal handling layout gently pushes product into the bag. Goods are then fed to the loading machine via a flighted conveyor, which holds the product orientation and prevents product damage due to piling and slipping. Eurobake says this “gentle handling approach” means consumers receive “appealing, pristine product”, while manufacturers can minimise product waste and achieve neatly aligned product for better presentation in transparent bags.
Suitable for loading items into, and heatsealing, pre-fabricated wicketted PP or PE bags, the Multipack can also accommodate handle bags incorporating carrier grips and other features.
