IOP: The Packaging Society has extended the deadline for entries to the Starpack Industry Awards 2009 to April 17. The decision follows representations from across the supply chain for more time to prepare entries.
The awards will celebrate their 50th Anniversary this year and Gordon Stewart, head of IOP: The Packaging Society, remarks : “Although entry levels have held up very well compared with 2008 we do not want to disappoint anyone in the industry in this historic year for Starpack.”
The Starpack Awards, organised in association with Packaging Today, will form part of the Starpack 2009 events in London, on May 21.
