The Mondi name continues to spread across Europe.
Napiag Kunststoffverarbeitung, a European film producer based in Austria and
part of Mondi since 2007, has been renamed Mondi Napiag.
“The renaming further strengthens our position as a leading supplier for films and pre-made packaging solutions for the food and pet food industry,” states Christian Kolarik, MD Consumer Bags Films.
Paper and packaging business Tire Kutsan, of Turkey, joined Mondi’s Europe International (E) Division in 2007 and was renamed in April this year.
At a celebration held in Istanbul in July 2010 Thomas Ott, CEO of Corrugated Packaging at Mondi Europe International and Chairman of Mondi Tire Kutsan, said: “Kutsan is a symbol of stability, improvement and strength of union for both the Turkish industry and Mondi.”
Mondi has produced industrial bags in Turkey since 1997.
