Prestige Group, a UK-based packaging graphic services and technology solutions provider for retail brand food and general merchandise, , is merging with the Creative Business Unit of YFYJupiter, a US-based brand packaging production, design, photography and printing solutions company. The new entity will be known as Jupiter Prestige Group (JPG).
JPG combines the complementary strengths of each company, offering clients skills and experience in packaging design and production, photography, artwork production, prepress and project management, all underpinned by effective software solutions that deliver speed to market. The newly formed company will have 346 professionals operating in 19 locations throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia. This effectively means they will manage end-to-end processes from concept to completion from local studios as well as onsite with clients.

Jupiter Prestige Group will officially launch on July 1, 2014.
