Following a management buyout, Rexam Closures and Containers has been relaunched under its former name, Cope Allman Plastic Packaging Ltd. The company specialises in child resistant and tamper evident closures and in design driven solutions.
The MBO team consists of managing director John Sidnell, finance director Ian Winkfield, operations director Peter Darlington, technical director Alan Moulton, and logistics and IT director Peter Teague.
John Sidnell comments: "Our objectives remain to continue our support for UK manufacturers in our target sectors, to build on a vigorous European market which currently represents a third of our revenue, and make further inroads into the global pharmaceutical and healthcare market."
