A thermoformer developed to close the gap in choice for medium production capacities has been developed by German Convenience Food Systems.
Masterpak is a modular design, PLC control with Profibus thermoformer that offers draw depths of up to 150mm and can take film widths of 460, 520 and 560mm. It covers the gamut of pack types with the choice of film heating, forming, evacuation and gas injection systems.
An integrated labelling solution is provided with the TiroLabel labeller. A range of coding solutions are available.
