The online coding and labelling company, Markem, has signed an agreement with Newbury Data to market its online verifiers to the UK market. Markem says the verifiers provide the ability to check every single box on the line, rather than a selection; remove the need to take items off the production line to scan them with a handheld verifier; record all information to ensure traceability of problems within the line; and check the right bar code is in place and that it is meeting the required quality standards of readability.
