“The bottle's shaped hand grip made it extremely difficult to get a clean, smooth finish,” explains commercial director Steve Whitehouse. Working with sleeve producer CCL Decorative Sleeves, and using a Graham RV54 sleeve applicator with double steam tunnel set-up, Mailway undertook numerous trials on many different materials before selecting a steam grade high shrink PET material for the job.
