A leading multinational paper tissue manufacturer has installed two Logopak 920 DK double head pallet labelling systems on the production lines at its Manchester site.
The systems, plus Logosoft data software and a back-up Logopak VLP printer, have replaced two existing pallet labellers from another supplier which had proved unreliable.
The Logopak units were selected primarily because of the reliability of two other Logopak 920 PF units within the factory’s baby product
Able to run at over 150 pallets/hour and receive real-time data from a host system, each labeller applies two adjacent face EAN 128 labels from one stop position of the pallet to minimise conveyor handshake and maximise throughput. Fully sealed enclosures and an internal heater with adjustable temperature control ensure labels are always at their optimum operating temperature.
