New-generation Kilner jars, made from shatter-proof PET by the Plastek Group, are now available from Johnsen & Jorgensen.
The "glasslike PET" Kilner jars have been designed for use in the specialist foods, preserves, giftware, cosmetics and body-care sectors. They are made in the following sizes: 125 and 200ml [tapered or straight wall], 300 and 350ml. The are injector stretch blow-moulded, which means that new sizes and shapes can be made from existing preforms.
All jars are supplied with a PET lid, galvanised wire strap and food-grade nitrile rubber seal fully assembled. Jars can be printed or labelled. Lids can be printed, gold-blocked and moulded with a customised logo. Jars, lids and seals can be moulded in customised colours.
