It's a wrap for German PET and White Caps ops

Schmalbach-Lubeca has finalised the sale of its PET container and closure operations to Amcor in Melbourne, Australia. Now there are two legally separate companies – Schmalbach-Lubeca AG with the beverage can product group and Amcor Ltd with the former Schmalbach PET container and White Cap closure divisions.
