Interlocking bottles target personal care market

9 November 2009

International packaging supplier TricorBraun believes its newly patented locking configuration that enables two bottles to be slid together and fastened will become a ‘logical choice’ for personal care products.

The interlocking engagement is achieved when a pair of identically formed bottles presents opposing dovetails that fasten to one another.

“The design provides remarkable marketing support for two liquid products that a manufacturer wants to be used in combination. This configuration is a logical choice for personal care products such as shampoo and conditioner or hand lotion and sanitizer,” says Craig Sawicki, executive vice president at TricorBraun.
