Impress has purchased the assets of Service Tool International (STI), provider of engineering, design and assembly of conversion presses for easy open ends (EOEs) and components for metal packaging. The purchase follows STI‘s decision to enter into a liquidation process.
Impress has had a long working relationship with STI, and the move will preserve the know-how, and competitive advantages inherent in the designs and developments, says the company.
