The 6” labelling systems have been integrated with Endoline 706 case taping systems to provide a complete labelling and case taping system for ready meals within a small footprint, as space at the factory is tight. The printer within the TT-150 systems will print text, barcodes, logos, date and time as well as best before dates and counters.
Labels are designed using MecWin label design software, which can then be downloaded to the printer's memory for use in standalone mode. The TT-150 can hold up to 1,000 product labels in its memory, recallable from the control panel display unit if required. The systems can also be connected via serial port connectors RS232, RS485 or Ethernet to the company network and labels can be sent directly to the printer as required.
