IDC exports bev carafe concept to Europe

18 April 2005

International Dispensing Corporation (IDC) in the US says it is looking for European users for this unusual disposable beverage carafe, already being used by two of America's larger convenience store chains.

Originally designed specifically for coffee, the pack comprises a sterile, flexible biax nylon pouch attached to a rigid plastic frame to which the corrugated side panels, providing ample branding space, are attached.

IDC says rigorous testing has shown that the 'shatterproof' 128oz carafe not only keeps product insulated for three hours with minimal temperature change but can also withstand being dropped.
