The four systems – BPC-25, BPC-25N, BPC-35 and BPC-35N – are all modular in design to allow for various configurations and applications with heating/moulding units, expandable filling zones and sealing, punching and die-cutting stations. Access to tooling is said to be particularly easy, to allow for fast changeover, while operator control is facilitated by a PLC with touchscreen interface. The heating station will accept either heat of high frequency sealing and all film waste is rewound for ease of handling.
The N-Series machines also offer PID temperature control, Ethernet internal communication and a facility for storing pressure data and dimensional settings.
