The basic model features a continuous infeed conveyor, tray transfer system and sealing die with an integrated cutting unit. The conveyor can be fed manually or by a continuous supply, and all subsequent operations are fully automatic. While evacuation, sealing and cutting are taking place, the gripper system loads the next packs, enabling the T350 to seal over 1,000 packs/hour.
The T350 has a modular, extendable design, with a tray destacking unit, and is configured in a single-track, making it ideal for use in an integrated packing line. It is compatible with all heatsealable films, including register printed films.
