Hartley's build on jar success

Rockware Glass has helped Premier Brands move its Hartley's brand into marmalade with a new 1lb tapered jar.

The jar shape used for Hartley's Best Marmalade is viewed as key to growing the Hartley's brand, adding modernity and highlighting the product's "everyday better" positioning.

Premier says it has introduced the Best Marmalade in the new 454g jar due to the enthusiastic response to the smaller, but otherwise similar, 340g tapered jar used to launch its Hartley's Best Jams in June 2002.
