A challenging brief from nursery product manufacturer Mamas & Papas for a range of ribboned gift boxes that could be easily assembled, packed and tied at point-of-sale has been successfully met by Leeds-based Professional Packaging Services.
Working closely with its Chinese factory, PPS had to provide pre-production proofing for the critical colour match required for all printed items and the dyeing of the organza ribbon prior to client sign-off.
Delivered flat, the two sizes of box are individually polythene wrapped containing the lid, base, ribbon and self-adhesive gift tag.
Both boxes and gift tag were printed on 500-micron card using two colours on the face and one colour reverse and supplied in quantities of 100,000 for the larger box and 30,000 for the smaller one.
