The twin-lane packing line is capable of sealing 2,400 sandwich wedges/hour. Currently the automatic out-feed system neatly stacks individual sealed wedges at the end of the line ready for boxing and shipment, but carton feeders can be added if required in future.
The stainless steel Hotshot 2/40’s IP65 rating means it can be hosed down for cleaning. Hygiene is further enhanced via numerous access hatches, while an inbuilt power-saving feature sees the heater elements automatically reduce in temperature when the machine is left for any length of time.
