Frantschach gains a new daughter

Pactiv (USA) has finalised the sale of its former concern Nord-West Verpackung to Frantschach AG. Nord-West Verpackung, which realised a turnover of e18.5M with 120 employees in 2001, will become a 100% daughter of Frantschach, belong to the consortium Consumer Bags and form part of the firm's industrial packaging division.
