Burnley based food packaging manufacturer Food Packaging & Cakeboards, which has been owned by Manchester based Doric Group since 2009, has rebranded as Doric FPD.
Group chairman Peter Ward comments: “The rebrand is part of a wider corporate branding strategy and provides us with a solid platform for future growth.
We are investing in plant and skills at our Burnley facility and look forward to building our position in the market place both as a UK manufacturer and as a major resource for leading food producers, wholesalers, retailers and bakers.”
Doric FPD manufactures and supplies customised food packaging, cakeboards, cake drums and cake decorations for some of the UK’s most high profile food producers and retailers. The Doric Group continues to grow through the acquisition of complementary businesses, predominantly in paper based packaging sectors.
