Flexible pouches event

12 October 2010

Flexible packaged spout-packs and their introduction into the Eastern European market will be highlighted in a keynote speech by Johan Boden, CEO of Chumak Foods (Ukraine) at Spout-Pac 2011 – part of Future Pouch 2011 to be held in New Jersey, USA between 14-17 February 2011.

The talk will give the background and tools necessary to use flexible spout-packs for condiments such as mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.

The one-day Spout-Pac conference on 16 February 2011 will be followed by a half-day morning course on 17 February on how to run stand up pouch packaging equipment more efficiently.

Future Pouch 2011 also incorporates the Retort Pouch 2011 conference on 15 February, which is preceded by a course on understanding the retort pouch on the afternoon of 14 February. The conference will feature a keynote speech by Comli Foods, claimed to be the first packer of traditional Latin American tamales in a retort pouch that is processed in El Salvador for export to the USA.
