FKI launches three new case palletisers

14 March 2007

FKI Logistex's new GS100 range of entry-level case palletisers are said to be ideal for companies switching from manual to fully automatic handling and for use in larger, multi-line packaging operations where high-speed palletising is not cost-effective.

Designed to run at up to 30 cases/min, the robustly engineered machines can be used in a wide range of sectors, including food, beverage, consumer goods and general manufacturing, and are said to offer the same flexibility and reliability “that have become the trademarks of the FKI Logistex industry-leading mid and high-speed palletisers”.

The range includes three models; the GS120 “market entry” machine can accommodate 10 cases/min, the GS130 can handle 20 cases/min and incorporates an integral pallet handling facility, and the top-of-the range GS140 offers fully automated pallet handling. All three models feature all-metric designs, pattern utility and layer editing functions and premium engineered drive components for reduced maintenance and “trouble-free” operation.
