PrintSafe Ltd, exclusive partners for German printer manufacturer KBA-Metronic, is set to introduce to the UK market the new KBA-Metronic touch screen, network-ready inkjet printers alphaJET Evo and Tempo.
The alphaJET Tempo is believed to be the fastest inkjet printer available on the global market, with speeds in excess of 700m/min.
The two new inkjet printers are said to combine rugged IP-65-rated housing with full database/network integration, TrueType font capabilities and an ‘intuitive’ removable 10.4 inch TFT colour touch-screen interface.
The Evo and Tempo both boast the ‘green aware’ solvent recovery system, which dramatically reduces solvent usage to only 2ml/hour. They also have a 2D-data matrix coding function and crisp, clear codes are promised for every print, using a wide range of human and UV-readable inks.
