A new range of aluminium framed zero back pressure accumulation roller conveyors has become available from Ethos Corporation of Gloucestershire.
The rollers are powered by a belt drive that can be zoned by use of a small spring loaded clutch mechanism. The main advantage being that the zone length can be varied without any set-up time or mechanical adjustments.
Roller pitch and diameter can be varied during manufacture to suit different loads and product sizes. It can be bought as a stand-alone conveyor or interfaced into a complete Ethos conveyor system or automated logistics project.
